Yungang He, Research fellow, Principle Investigator

Yungang He received his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Genetics at Fudan University in 2005, and then worked as a postdoctoral fellow at SRI International in Menlo Park, San Francisco. In 2008, he joined the CAS-MPG Partner Institue for Computational Biology at Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chines Academy of Sciences. In 2018, he entered the Institutes of Biomedical Sciences at Fudan University as the research team leader, and engaged in computational genomics and population genetics research. He has presided over a number of scientific research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Shanghai Municipality. In addition, he has received the first prize of Natural Science of the Ministry of Education and the second prize of National Natural Science. More information: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2931-2871

Zhen Yang, Associate Research Fellow

Zhen Yang received his Ph.D. degree from Fudan University in 2011, and performed postdoctoral research in the School of Life Sciences Fudan University in the same year. He successively worked in the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. At the end of 2018, he joined the Institutes of Biomedical Sciences Fudan University. He has been engaged in bioinformatics research for a long time and has published more than 20 papers. Among more than 10 of them, he is the first author or joint first authors, with a total impact factor of more than 170 and a total of more than 425 citations. In addition, he has received a number of academic and talent awards.

Anqi Duan, Research Assistant

Anqi Duan obtained her MS degree from Huaqiao University in 2021 and then entered the institutes of medical sciences at Fudan University in the same year. In 2023, she became a Ph.D candidate at Fudan University
